| Returns Policy Returns are accepted (see exception note below) so long as they are with the original packaging with all tags still attached. The product must not have been used and must be in it's original "New" condition as must the packaging. The items must not have been used or modified in any way. Should a replacement item need to be sent at the request of the customer then the customer will need to pay the additional P&P costs.
